Joyraisers allow Joy as Resistance to provide free- and low-cost services to youth across Metro Denver. Together, we’re working to transform the world so queer youth can experience radical acceptance and joy every day.

The truth right now is that LGBTQIA2+ youth ages 10-24 have suicidal thoughts at 3 times the rate of their peers. Yet, costs like health insurance and reliable transportation act as barriers between queer youth and the support they need.
But the amazing news? We know that queer youth who receive therapy and support from their parents, teachers, and community members are less likely to have those thoughts.
So 100% of your monthly donation as a Joyraiser gives queer youth the unique support they need. Every month, your contribution goes to programs like:
